This Return Policy shall govern the relationship with all purchasers and users of Products. By purchasing or using any Products, you agree to the terms of this Return Policy. If you have a question regarding any Products, please call (800) 222-6941 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Important: Many Products can be cut to a specific size. Products which have been altered may not be returned to PMI and are excluded from this Return Policy.
In order to receive a refund of your purchase price or a credit to use for other purchases from PMI in exchange for a returned Product, you must meet the following requirements:
a. All claims must be made by e-mail to email@example.com within 14 days after delivery of the Product to you (your tracking number will reflect date of delivery)
b. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization from PMI’s Customer Service Department
c. You must return the Product in the original packaging to PMI at your cost including insurance with all parts and accessories that came with the product; and The Product must be undamaged and able to be sold again as new.
All refunds or credits for a Product are reduced by a restocking fee equal to 25% of the purchase price of such Product. Products which cannot be resold by PMI are not able to be returned for any refund or credit by you
If you receive a Product in damaged condition, you must take the following actions to receive a replacement Product:
Upon verification and acceptance of your claim, PMI will send a replacement Product to you. In the event a replacement Product is unavailable, PMI may offer a substitute Product acceptable to you or may offer you a refund or credit of the purchase price paid for the damaged Product.
The provisions of the Terms and Conditions found here are hereby incorporated in this Return Policy and made an integral part hereof as if they were fully set forth herein.
