Chris joined the PMI team with over a decade of customer service experience in the bathroom vanity and fixture industry. He worked his way up from warehouse associate to warehouse manager at his previous company before moving into the customer service sphere. He also has a background in information technology and kitchen cabinet hardware. He once worked for PMI for a summer in 1998, one of his first jobs.
