Roger Struthers was born in Minneapolis and raised in rural Minnesota before attending St. Cloud State University.  While growing up, he was involved with the Boy Scouts of America and earned the rank of Eagle Scout.  

During high school, Roger enlisted in the Minnesota Army National Guard and served for 12 years while attending college and well into his sales career. In December 2002, he joined The Blackburn Company and works with customers in Iowa, Nebraska and southern Minnesota.

Roger lives in Bloomington, Minn. with his wife, Lynsey, and their two miniature schnauzers, Kozmo and Newman. During his free time, Roger enjoys gardening, working in the yard and home brewing his own beer.
