Louise was born in College Park, Maryland. She moved to North Carolina in 1971 with her 3 children. Joining a small local distributor in the surface preparation industry, she quickly moved from order entry to the Credit/Collection Manager position.

After 3 computer conversions and 20 years of service, she wanted new challenges and enjoy the small company flair to share her experiences. In 1997, she joined PMI as Credit/Collection Manager. Besides keeping the customers current and the computer system functioning, she handles many other tasks to assist customers.

She loves the sun, boating with the family on her Play Deck boat, fishing on her 175 HP bass boat, and time with the grandchildren, German Shephard and Chow dogs.
