Tim was born and raised in Arkansas. After graduating from college, Tim worked for Falcon Industries and then moved to Funder America, a melamine producer, as materials manager. In 2004, Tim joined the O’BH team.

Tim and his wife Rosalva have two children, Bennett and Hannah. He enjoys restoring his 1965 Fastback Mustang and fishing and hunting in the beautiful Arkansas countryside.
